As a wildlife conservationist from Nairobi, my travels often lead me to seek unique experiences. At Dolcet L'Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary offerings that reflect a rich tradition, as the hotel's restaurant, Can Dolcet, has roots spanning over three generations. The dinner we enjoyed had a genuine feel of the local flavor, albeit the ambiance lacked vibrancy due to its size and limited patrons that night. The uniqueness of the dishes made up for it; I felt like I was savoring a piece of the local culture. Breakfast was an experience of its own, featuring a diverse spread with fresh fruits, nuts, and local cheeses, all while taking in stunning views of the valley. During my stay, finding parking posed a little challenge initially, but there is convenient street parking nearby. Dolcet L'Hotel merges a tranquil environment with a dining experience steeped in history and tradition, making it a worthwhile visit for those seeking authentic culinary delights.
